Program Marketing Manager:

As a Program Marketing Manager, you will work in close co-operation with both division, department and line managers throughout Visma to optimise the commercial opportunities and deliveries for our cloud solutions, in the Nordics. Close collaboration with all of Visma´s international marketing departments and aligning with other peers, are key to succeeding in this role. You will be responsible for defining and following up key performance indicators for your team and reporting on relevant areas of the Commercial Program; including the key aspects of revenue, customer and partner uptake. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Communication of our cloud services in the Visma SMB segment  

  • Align and drive marketing activities throughout the customer journey ensuring we have a customer centric and holistic approach to marketing activities

  • Create and follow-up on marketing plans and communicate these effectively

  • Drive the assigned product portfolio, covering market requirements and marketing collateral

  • Define personas and other key stakeholders for communication

  • Create value propositions and unique selling points aligned with personas, service capabilities and roadmaps

  • Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to support the business units

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's degree within marketing, business administration, finance or similar

  • 3 years of experience in a similar industry

  • Know the ins and outs of a good marketing plan; creation, execution and evaluation

  • A deep understanding of ERP market drivers and commercialization of cloud based products

  • Innovative and persuasive in presenting business ideas and concepts

  • Top-notch communication skills in English

  • An analytical mind and someone who sees business opportunities
