We are searching for a Business Analyst for our HRM and Payroll Solution in the Cloud who wants to join the ambition. You are responsible for developing the international HRM and Payroll Solution used in Norway, Sweden, The Netherlands and Denmark, to increase productivity and reduce manual processes for our customers.

The Business analyst is part of the service delivery team and is also responsible for describing the market needs, specify solution requirements and communicate them to stakeholders and the team. The team owns the development and also the operations of the service. Your goal together with the Service owner and the team is to deliver a great experience to our users. You will work closely together with other BA’s in HRM & Payroll.

As a Business Analyst you play an important role in an international environment with stakeholders in several countries. You are a part of a distributed team in an international development organization, and are passionate about using your skills to make a difference. You see the greatness of integrating products with a strong standing in the market with new and exciting technology, that brings new opportunities for both the product and our customers.

Job description

  • Be part of a DevOps team and actively take part in developing HRM & Payroll

  • Clearly understand customer and business needs, complexities and impact

  • Write a functional description of the business requirements

  • Use sketches to clarify the design

  • Support the team to understand the business need and specification

  • Have an eye for innovation in functionality and design

  • Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with our key stakeholders

  • Commitment to providing great user experience

  • You are THE advanced user of the Product


  • Minimum bachelor degree

  • 3 - 5 years experience as a business analyst role or similar

  • Passionate about HRM & Payroll

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to create solutions to complex (global) requirements

  • Excellent, written and verbal English skills

  • Understanding of software development

  • Strong collaborative skills
