As the Communications Manager in Visma IT & Communications, you will be able to develop and implement strategies for communications, customer surveys and improved customer experiences.
Ownership of the Internal Communication strategy; Create and implement the communications methods, tools and processes for internal communications
Ownership of the External Communication strategy; Create and implement the communication methods, tools and processes to and from customers
Have an overview over the customer experience through mapping the Customer Journey for different customer segments and build a broad understanding of the customer experience which we provide
Measure and report customer satisfaction through transactional NPS (tNPS) and Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Support efficient and good-quality decision making by collecting, processing and managing information
Minimum 3 years' further education, e.g. BSc or MSc
Genuine drive to deliver quality and continuously improve the performance
Strong skills in communication and cooperation
Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities
Excellent writing and editing skills. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required
