Technical troubleshooting of Visma and customer systems, databases and applications
Monitoring of applications and integrations
Technical support in issues concerning Visma Products
Continuous handle the cases submitted to the technical support
Technical troubleshooting in our Hosting environment
Suggest improvements regarding routines, work and case management processes.
Contribute to a high customer satisfaction through professional treatment of customers
Hosting claimant against our development department regarding development adaptation of products

Software engineering fundamentals.
Windows Server OS experience.
Understanding and usage of IT tools such as SCOM, SCCM, Octopus Deploy
Scripting languages for used operating platforms (Windows,Linux)
Operational experience, mainly Web-based application
Hypervisors (Hyper V, VmWare)
Experience of AWS, public cloud
Experience in working with hypervisors
