As a project manager you will work closely with your colleagues in the Business Operations department and also all the various business units in the Software SMB Division.


  • Responsible for establishing project plans and execution

  • Managing the project team, or require team responsible to report to the Project Manager

  • Ensuring that a project is run in accordance with the agreed plan.

  • Realising milestones.

  • Performing project tasks of an organisational and administrative nature in accordance with the adopted procedures.

  • Clarifying and concluding professional questions of principle.

  • Certifying all use of resources in the project.

The project manager is authorised to pass a particular matter to the steering group and line management if it conflicts with other projects or project plan.


  • Minimum Bachelor (or similar) in Business Administration, IT or Economics

  • A project manager with a track record of delivering on time and scope.

  • Proven experience working in distributed teams with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience coordinating projects, within the software/ERP industry, would be an advantage.

  • A data wizard, who is comfortable understanding and analyzing data to make decisions.

  • Structured and self driven

  • Fluent in English

Recruitment Process:

Recruitment will be done on a rolling basis. Those going forward for interview will come to meet the Team Manager and HR  at our office in Skøyen so we can get to know eachother better. All going well, this will be followed by a second interview with some more team members. We will also send some ability tests before the first interview, which will help us to understand how you work.
