You will work as a Business Analyst in an experienced development team working with our new Cloud offerings. You will also work across teams with product development, quality and tactics on a more holistic level.
What you will be doing
Advise and guide our development teams to deliver a world-class cloud HRM product with high quality and usability
Gather information and stay on top of legislation and user need
Secure that user stories, specifications and other description of requirements are according to the market needs and stakeholders
Define, plan, and conduct user research
Constantly look for ways to improve the product and our quality
