Visma IT & Communications is looking for a passionate System Administrator with Scandinavian language knowledge .

Enterprise Operation is responsible for Application Operation (AO) in a production environment and provides SaaS services to a big amount of large customers that demand high standards of uptime and accessibility.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in related fields, preferably IT / Computer Engineering area, with an overall minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of processes, research and performance analysis capabilities
Negotiation capabilities and problem-solving mindset
Understanding the IT Service industry as well as the relevant marketplace
Effectively cope with change; comfortably adjust to alterations in work activities; able to decide and act with limited information; effectively handle risk and uncertainty in ambiguous situations

Knowledge of HP Sitescope/BAC or AppDynamics monitoring
You will be included in an On Duty-team in an Operations Center with the main focus on AO who works after DevOps principles with continuous deployment.
Upgrade and maintain OS, middleware and applications in a larger operating environment
Incident, Change and Problem Management.
Use of HP BSM tools for monitoring services.
Automation of service delivery
Follow-up and cooperation with suppliers and third-party suppliers.
Collaboration with developers and consultants in other Visma companies.
