ABOUT THE POSITION
• You will provide first tier of IT and accounting advice via chat, email and phone by answering customer’s queries and guiding them through daily challenges.
• You will have influence on Visma’s image and a possibility to boost up relations with our customers.
• You will be responsible for assisting in the further development of our products by feedback, software quality assurance, etc.
• You will have the unique opportunity to fully use your excellent language skills in Swedish or Norwegian.
