As a license manager in Visma you will be responsible for the negotiation and maintenance of license agreements on behalf of the entire Visma Group, now exceeding 8000 employees. You should be energized by working with a lot of different people, and possess the ability to explain complex structures in a simple way.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in related fields, with an overall minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in contract management and SLA negotiations
Negotiation capabilities and problem solving mindset
Competence on enterprise agreements and license management
Understanding the IT Service industry as well as the relevant marketplace
Effectively cope with change; comfortably adjust to alterations in work activities; able to decide and act with limited information; effectively handle risk and uncertainty in ambiguous situations
Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem solving skills in a variety of situations
Highly effective written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing effectively with a wide range of people
Fluency in Business English is required

Maintain knowledge on compliance trends and recommend changes for relevant processes
Manage and evaluate all regulations and legislations for licensing activities and ensure appropriate implementation and prepare strategies for various business groups
Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations
Provide high level advice, support and guidance as lead expert in the organisation, to inform and influence key stakeholders and effectively promote risk based decision making
Provide high level direction for the application of policy and process across the company in an efficient and integrated way
Contract owner for the Microsoft agreements: be part of the contract negotiations, track and follow up the contract
License management and compliance reporting
