User Experience Designer
e-conomic is Denmark’s largest and most popular cloud ERP service used daily by more than 110.000 companies. We’re looking for an energetic user experience designer to join one of our feature teams in Copenhagen.
Day-to-day you will be working closely together with developers, product owners and stakeholders to improve existing products, adding new features and solving problems. In other words, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
Besides being part of the feature team you will join forces together with the rest of our skilled user experience designers to mature our design system, improve every step in the customer journey and spread the UX spirit.
Be part of the feature team located in Copenhagen, consisting of 4 developers, a team lead, a product owner and you, the user experience designer.
Work with the rest of our user experience designers to create consistency across products and evangelizing UX.
Turn ideas into prototypes and ultimately into the hands of our customers.
Spot pain-points and take action on solving them by involving stakeholders to broaden the perspective and validate with customers.
Facilitate creative workshops to solve challenging problems
Apply your UX toolbox filled with different research techniques and know how to pull meaningful insights through qualitative and quantitative research.
Have a holistic view of the service and ensure that important steps are not overseen.
You are not afraid of being in the front line and see opportunities instead of problems. You are a curious soul, who finds it interesting to know why people are using a product the way they do and actually learn who the person is on the other side of the screen. You can quickly get under the skin of our customers’ complex workflows and turn this complexity into simplicity.
Practical experience with different ideation and research methodologies.
The ability to facilitate and drive workshops with customers and co-workers.
Expertise in all levels of sketching, wireframing and prototyping across various tools, including whiteboards, paper napkins, Sketch or Adobe Illustrator.
A fact-driven mindset using data from customer interactions and insights to support your wireframes.
A highly developed eye for design and aesthetics.
A very structured and detailed approach to your work.
A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
A proven track-record of your previous work.
You are excellent at communicating in English, written and oral. Any Danish skills are considered a bonus.
A chance to work in an international and playful environment with some of Europe’s most dedicated brains with a strong passion for changing the financial and accounting world.
