We are looking for a new colleague to join our Global Local Support team in Oslo. We provide local support services to approx 600 end-users at Visma headquarters. You are of nature service minded, passionate about IT, find it natural to talk to a lot of people everyday - helping them with a smile and of course you have good basic IT skills from your education.
The local support team in Oslo consists of four including you, but you will also have colleagues in Romania and Denmark since Global Local Support is represented there too
The tasks in the team variates a lot and the right candidate will have a lot of exciting tasks and experienced colleagues to learn- and grow new skills from.
Here are some of the tasks we solve in the team:
Troubleshooting, both software and hardware related issues
Installation of workstations, applications and printers
Handling of AV equipment in meeting rooms
Handle security cases related to workstations
Handle local network related issues
Management of multiple operating systems
You will also - going ahead - be involved in projects when we develop new services that e.g. needs to be tested
Overall you can look forward to working days with a various numbers of different tasks, great colleagues in an internal company where we collaborate as a team to succeed
Education within IT; We imagine that you are a newly IT graduate who has completed e.g. the “årsstudium i Informatikk” or other shorter IT education
Comfortable with new tasks and challenges
Eager to learn
English in written and speak on an elevated level
Fluency in one (or more) of the Scandinavian languages is required and well articulated - both in writing and speaking
Experience with the Google suit is a plus but not a requirement
And of course you are a fast learner
