Our cycling and skating teams were often on the winners podium this year. But if your sporting heart is not yet racing, the answer is that we want to increase our visibility considerably. Certainly online there is still a world to be won. Great, because otherwise, you could not apply for the role of National Web Editor. Sounds like clickbait? Nope. Promised!
What does the vacancy entail?
As a National Web Editor, you will develop, manage and improve our online assets. Sharp like a ninja. Thought out like a guru. And with a double focus on pleasing people and (search) engine. Think of the visma.nl website, but also of various portals and social channels.
Challenging as climbing the Mont Ventoux, because although we are firmly on the international map, much content still needs to be developed. It is up to you to ensure that we reach the dream finish without flying out of the bend and into the ravine.
How do we manage brand awareness? What works for which type of customer? In which context? And how do you align online touchpoints so that a powerful, logical and inspiring environment is created? An environment that immediately gives customers the feeling that Visma knows, understands and understands them? Together with the Corporate Web Manager and Enterprise NL Country Director, colleagues in Oslo, branding specialists and marketing professionals you will develop and execute a high-profile vision and a winning strategy.
Because the online infrastructure of Visma.nl is still (fairly) basic and (considerably) fragmented, this requires a practical and ‘’hands-on’’ mentality. And deep technical knowledge and skills to understand how everything clicks together and the ability to set up a solid working web infrastructure. An ideal role for a web editor with well-developed tech sensibilities. Or for technically skilled digital marketer who does not immediately call an agency if some pieces of content have to be delivered ...
