Service managers work mainly in the interface between our customers and the operational IT deliveries, we are responsible for delivering accordingly to the customer contracts, invoicing and reporting. Besides ensuring the daily operations, the Service Manager acts as a strategic and proactive partner to our customers and actively works to support Visma ITC’s vision “preferred and relevant”.

Establish and develop customer relationships, be the proactive partner
Be your customers SPOC regarding “I want something new” and escalations.
Coordinate and produce service proposals for customers needs or requirements
Take a leading position in task forces or other cooperation meetings.
Responsible for a customer portfolio, which includes Invoicing and reporting
To be an active driver in sales activities.
Conduct regular strategic and operational customer meetings
Ensure the delivery according to the agreed quality, contribute to customer satisfaction
Act as the customer’s escalation point and translator
Actively contribute to the further development of service management processes
We are looking for you with an outgoing and a driving personality, comfortable to be in lead or take the lead in situations that requires it, loads of good mood and you need to be a big fan of teamwork.
You must effectively cope with change; comfortably adjust to alterations in work activities; able to decide and act with limited information; effectively handle risk and uncertainty in an ambiguous situation
Have at least 3 years of knowledge/experience with Service management/customer support, please elaborate in your application.
Experience with SLA framework and contract management, please elaborate in your application.
Good knowledge of ITIL and associated processes, please elaborate in your application.
Understanding the IT Service industry and service management as well as the relevant marketplace is an advantage
Experience within customer service/sales
It is an advantage to have some leader/management experience, please elaborate on your application.
Relevant higher education in preferable within the information technology area, minimum at bachelor level.
Good presentation skills
Good English competence, work language is English
