+20.000 companies choose Visma e-conomic as their new accounting system every year. As our new Growth Marketing Manager at Visma e-conomic it is your responsibility to maintain that level, but more importantly, improve our lead generation efforts with even more leads at a higher quality. 

 

Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include

  • Growing our customer base by generating high quality leads in a high volume

  • Responsible for creating a best-in-class lead generation setup, driving it, and constantly developing it

  • Experimenting with new and innovative ways to generate leads

  • Driving lead generation projects across all our marketing- and sales channels from start to finish

  • Having a holistic approach to our business and positively contribute towards our commercial goals

  • Challenging the existing to continuously raise the bar within marketing, lead generation, and nurturing

 

About you

As a professional, you’re passionate about your discipline and constantly at the forefront of the newest trends. Furthermore, you set the bar high for yourself and your team and work with an engagement that motivates people around you. In addition, you deliver extraordinary results working together with others but you’re also able to succeed on your own. Challenges don't limit you, instead, you solve them with creative solutions. 

 

Furthermore you

  • Have intermediate experience skills working with lead generation, ideally +3 years and within SaaS

  • Have a proven track record working with growth projects across teams and you’re able to lead a project from start to finish meeting deadlines and producing high-quality leads

  • Have a strong commercial mindset encompassing both marketing and sales

  • Have a proven track record of delivering omnichannel lead generation initiatives that are scalable

You’ll be part of our growing marketing- and sales department. You will be working in our newly established Growth team alongside great colleagues with each of their specialized skill sets. Our team’s mission is to grow our business via lead generation. And of course, you’ll also work closely with the rest of the organization as leads without conversion is not worth much.
