Quality Assurer

We're creating a scalable and configurable Cloud-based purchase-to-pay solution called Proceedo for purchasing, invoice processing and contract management. We experience high loads as the solution is already being used in different Nordic countries among well-known companies such as DNB, Nordea, Fazer and others.

We have a challenging opportunity for an ambitious Quality Assurer / Software (manual) tester that has several years of experience in software quality assurance. You will be working with a procurement tool within the Proceedo team in close collaboration with developers, QAs, UX designer, product owner and business analyst. We work in an agile environment using Scrum and modern collaboration tools to facilitate an international distributed team environment.

Responsibilities and work tasks:

• Together with QAs run the product quality assurance of a complex system where focusing on details as well as having the ability to see the bigger picture will be of great importance

• You will be responsible for writing and execute the test cases and analyze the results

• You must evaluate the product according to specifications, report bugs and errors to development teams

• Help your colleagues to troubleshoot the reported issues

• You will be responsible for initiating and driving modern ways of working using the latest and greatest technique to establish more effective manual testing

• You probably have several years of experience with manual testing in complex system and can manage to proactively setting up test processes and also digging into details

• You are a self-driven creative problem solver that have the ability to understand the customer needs and you are service oriented both within the team and with surrounding stakeholders

• You will contribute to a transparent agile work environment where team spirit trumps selfishness

• Fluent in English speaking and writing as English is the working language

We would like that you have:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in technical field with good academic results

• Expertise on testing methods and techniques (ISTQB)

• Knowledge of databases (SQL) is a plus 

• You have experience of working agile and of working with distributed teams.
