Quality Coordinator

The Quality Management Team in Visma IT & Communications is looking for a new colleague who is eager to learn interesting fields and develop a career in the Quality Assurance area.

Your Job

The purpose of this role is to work within the Quality Management Team to effectively develop and implement effectuated and planned ISO standards, manage the document management system and coordinate any non-compliance identified as required by the strategic, quality and continuous improvement agenda of the Quality Management System. Quality coordinators work in a variety of areas to ensure that their company's quality-assurance standards and procedures are met.

You will:

  • Take responsibility for our ISAE yearly assurance reports and the processes 

  • Be responsible for customer requests of quality and compliance documentation in Admincontrol

  • Be a participant in the execution of all audit and assurance processes within a year

  • Follow up running non conformity progress and Measurement program

  • Be responsible for the transfer of all required auditor documents and other evidences through Admincontrol

  • Assist in the updates of running procedures, roles and other related QA documentation

  • Be part of the Quality Management Team

General requirements:

  • Take and maintain relevant certifications to document competence within the domain/area

  • Master and Bachelor's degree in related fields, preferably quality area/ Management.

  • Understanding the IT Service industry as well as the relevant marketplace

  • Knowledge of relevant ISO standards and assurance reports is an advantage

  • Customer oriented behaviour

  • Effectively cope with change; comfortably adjust to alterations in work activities; able to decide and act with limited information; effectively handle risk and uncertainty in ambiguous situations

  • Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem solving skills in a variety of situations

  • Digital skills  (Google suite etc.)

  • Comfortable with operating in a matrix, as well as team environment

  • Strong skills in communication and cooperation

  • Fluency in English is required

We are four hard working and dedicated members in the Quality Management Team, located in Norway and Romania, who are trying to generate a culture of quality and compliance within Visma. We are now searching for our 5th colleague to join us in this wonderful journey.
