The People team at Visma is working to ensure Visma is an engaging and inspiring place to work for our people, and supporting especially HR through frameworks, guidelines, data insights, systems and training.
Our key focus is set around the four OKRs: Recruitment and employer branding to attract and recruit to ensure tomorrow’s talent; Learning and development to develop, follow up and inspire talent to grow; HR tech and analytics with HR process automation and data insights; and Organisational development to develop an engaging culture based on values.
As a part of this work, we have a team working globally across all of Visma, advising and supporting within HR processes, systems and tools. You probably know us as the colleagues behind the firstname.lastname@example.org address, with Lucia, Irma, Katarina and Zane in the front!
We work with enabling day-to-day HR processes, from training to systems, help with onboarding new colleagues, advising on processes and also help to find ways to improve processes. As Lucia is going on maternity leave, we need somebody to join us temporarily.
You are looking to work in a fun and ever-changing environment, internationally and across with all HR processes, systems and tools. You are a quick learner, and easily adapt to new systems and processes. You are independent and like working with projects, with a variety of tasks - from small to big. You like to find solutions and help others. If you have experience with the processes and system we work with, it’s a bonus!
Location: Slovakia / Latvia / Romania
Starting: August or by agreement
Period: Until August 2022
