Service Portfolio Manager

About the job:

Visma IT & Communications is looking for a Service Portfolio Manager strengthening the Product and Architecture department.

You will be responsible for developing  and maintaining a service offering that meets and exceeds the expectations of the companies within that Visma group

The Service Portfolio Manager reports to and works in close collaboration with the Director for  Product & Architecture. Together with a team of Service owners, you will work on stakeholder management, build roadmaps, create new service offerings and decommission legacy services.


Your tasks:

  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings for establishing service strategies and roadmaps

  • In cooperation with Service Owners you will conduct continuous research and analysis of technology and industry trends and engage closely with stakeholders to be able to proactively develop and offer relevant services to our customers in the Visma group.

  • In collaboration with the service owners, you will continuously  improve the service catalog. This includes creating and maintaining documentation and descriptions of our services

  • Preparing budget input for Service cost together with Service Owners 

  • Tracking investment in services through its entire lifecycle and focus on the return of investment.

  • You will coordinate the Service Catalogue Change Advisory Board where new and changed services are approved

  • You are self driven, find your own ways to solve challenges, organise and structure your workday as needed to meet goals.

  • Good understanding of technology in general and able to engage with technology experts and commercial people alike and have a strong customer focus.

  • You are skilled at creating engaging slide decks and are comfortable to present those to critical stakeholders and management teams

  • You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and fight for the changes and improvements you believe in.

  • You will be motivated by working in a dynamic multinational team where company values outweigh cultural differences.

  • Fluency in english both oral and in writing is expected and you enjoy writing structured, concise and easy to understand descriptions of our services.
