Employer Branding Specialist
Regional coverage across Visma Competence Centers
We are looking for a passionate person to help us promote Visma as the employer of choice across Competence Centers locations like Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia and Romania. A competence center serves Visma companies with skilled employees.

What are we looking for?
Minimum 2 years of experience with employer branding projects with proven success in the development and implementation of innovative sourcing initiatives;
Strong project management skills – planning, coordination, follow-up, deadline management;
Ability to work well independently, but also partner effectively with the HR team and business Managers;
Social media channels understanding and usage on the context of recruitment, attraction and employer branding;
Very good communication and influencing skills, good management of stress;
Connected and up to date with the market trends regarding employer branding and integrating new generations in the workforce
Experience in a student association and / or in recruitment would be a plus;
What will you be doing?
Developing employer branding strategy, including ongoing refinement of the candidate/employee value proposition, for the Competence Centers
Implementing EB strategy to the Business Units in the Competence Centers
Contribute in EB development on a corporate level
Grow social media presence
Collaboration with the country EB specialists and Marketing teams in different BUs
Coordinating & implementing Sustainability related activities across Competence Centers
Executing at the Competence Center level talent marketing campaigns that promote Visma as an employer of choice, taking into account high recruitment volumes
Building "nurture campaigns" that target chosen candidate markets
Designing campaigns to run across multiple platforms and regions
Adapting marketing and communication strategy according to the Competence centers’ needs
Adapt marketing materials content for each Competence center
Planning effective communication campaigns throughout all locations
