Visma is a leading provider of core business software for a more efficient and resilient society. We simplify the work of companies and organizations of all sizes, empowering people and helping businesses grow and thrive. We are 13,600+ employees and have over 1 million customers across the Nordics, Benelux, Central and Eastern Europe, and Latin America who share our passion to make progress happen.
As a designer in Visma, you will be part of a diverse design community of 150+ designers, where we love to share our knowledge and experiences, learn from each other and inspire each other. In this role, you will work with our design system as part of our central UX & Design hub, mainly focusing on the web.
About the role
We are looking for a skilled Senior UX Designer who wants to help shape the web experience for Visma’s customers and potential customers alike, boosting our web team with user insights and UX best practices. You will play a central role in establishing and improving work processes together with the web manager, enabling the team to collaborate smoothly. Where this position will mainly focus on user experience on our web, there will also be other projects related to different aspects of the customer journey, which means that this role asks for someone with a holistic perspective and approach to their work.

What we offer
Joining our team, you get:
A creative design team
In a competitive market where software providers are offering similar solutions, a strong brand and good user experience are crucial to standing out, and a key driver for value and customer loyalty.
As a design team, our mission is to further strengthen Visma’s master brand, products brands and product design, and to empower our colleagues to create great customer and user experiences across the customer journey.
A large design community
In Visma we pride ourselves on having a thriving design community of 150+ designers with diverse design competence and backgrounds.
