We are looking for someone who knows that Web Analytics is more than nice graphs and reporting on Google Analytics. You understand the value of the data that are collected and what potential that lies in this data.
Visma has been working relentlessly the last couple of years with our data collection, making sure it is of high quality and optimized for consolidation. All web data are imported into Google BigQuery and available for use across Visma.
Google is our weapon of choice and we are relying heavily on the Google Marketing Platform. In our organisation we currently have over 50 accounts that generate several 100 million hits each month. One of these is Visma's main account which you will be managing.
In Visma we have initiated the migration to GA4 which will be our main focus for next year. We need you to be our steady hand in this project making sure we get a product that we together are proud of.
You will be part of a team of web editors, analysts and developers on Visma Group level. In addition you will have users (stakeholders) or potential users of the data collected across 12 countries. We also have a tight connection with our Google partner to assist us with the road ahead.

Own and manage Visma Groups’ Google Marketing Platform 360 Contract
Product owner of Visma’s main GTM setup (Visma Group Web Data Foundation). This includes development and maintenance of it, as well as assisting in onboarding of new companies.
Assist the Visma Group Web Manager and National Web editors in the execution of Visma’s Web Strategy
Align data collection strategies with Visma Group Web Manager and Head of Data and Analytics as well as other stakeholders.
Responsible for setting up and maintaining Visma digital data collection solution (Google Tag Manager). Implementing tagging across Visma groups websites to ensure end-to-end traffic visibility. Ensure quality and data trust.
Advice in terms of data collection and digital strategy of Visma companies that have chosen not to be part of our Group GTM setup.
Monitor data quality as well as privacy compliance continuously. With the goal of using best practices towards improving measurements and reporting.
Work with and act as a bridge between developers, web analysts, and stakeholders (i.e., managers at various levels). Fill the communication gap between technology and insight reporting and explain data collection solutions from both a technical and a business perspective.
Work with cross-discipline teams to understand strategic requirements to build a tagging structure that supports business needs.
2022 is the year of GA4, and you will be vital in getting us there and taking out the potential that GA4 gives us.
Who are you?
Vast experience with Tag management solutions, preferably Google Tag Manager
Have knowledge or experience with
Visualisation tools (ie. Data Studio and Tableau)
Server Side tagging
Business Knowledge and analytical skills
You have been working within an enterprise environment
Project management skills
