C# .Net Full Stack Developer

Visma is continually on the lookout for skilled colleagues who can lead the company forward. And now we are looking for a C# .Net Full-stack Developer.

Key responsibilities:

• Be part of an agile team and actively take part in developing the product

• Be involved in design and architecture decisions

• Design, implement, test, and deploy technical solutions

• Write unit and integration tests

• Maintain good code quality

• Work with established processes

• Estimate work effort with task breakdown, and verify approach and estimates together with the team

• Collaborate with the development team by conducting code reviews and providing improvement suggestions

• Keep up-to-date on new technologies, methods, and tools related to the development processes

• Cooperate efficiently in an international environment with a team of strong professionals

Regardless of the long list of requirements mentioned below, you do not need to be an expert in all areas. Equally important as all tech skills are how you fit the group as a personality. So take a look further!  

Job requirements:

Development experience 4 - 10+ years using C# .NET and the following:

• Experience with backend development using .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework

• Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML

• Experience with React or at least one of modern frontend frameworks - Angular, Vue, or similar

• Experience working with relational databases (MS SQL)

• Knowledge of software development, architecture, and common development patterns

• Experience with Agile software development and Continuous Integration / Deployment

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields

As an advantage:

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

• Experience building and maintaining REST APIs

• Experience with Docker and/or serverless

• Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Personal skills:

• Good, written, and verbal English skills (B2+ level)

• Enjoys working in the team and international environment

• Analytical thinking and self-driven

• Open-minded and be able to make own decisions and propose own ideas
