We have a challenging opportunity for an Application Manager role in our Visma Global Procurement team. This role is unique since it will belong to Global Procurement (Vendor Management) and it will manage several tools we are working with or are looking to implement for Visma Group.
The team is based in Sibiu, Norway and The Netherlands, we are highly experienced in Procurement and we will rely on your expertise to technically manage and monitor our tools.
Your Responsibilities:
Follow procedures for upgrades and optimization of our systems where needed.
Participate in testing of new features, configurations, versions etc.
Manage testing and implementation of the above when required.
Manage system access.
Application management.
Management of workplaces, giving support to system users, act as an internal Helpdesk
Responsible for keeping the applications continually operational when required, raise support cases.
Solve technical problems related to the systems causing employees troubles in their daily working operations / troubleshooting / monitoring system performance.
Building and maintaining structure and access groups
Maintaining user databases
Build reports to track and monitor the application usage
Be the central point of contact for Procurement Hub and Visma Group on the application technical issues.
Our requirements:
Proven experience as an Application Manager or similar
Experience with databases
Familiarity with break and fix on various tools and applications
Ability to recognize stakeholder needs
BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
