Infrastructure Engineer

Visma is continually on the lookout for skilled colleagues who can lead the company forward. And now we are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer.

Key responsibilities:

• You provision, maintain and upgrade infrastructure using IAC (for different environments e.g. test environment for internal use and production environment for end-users)

• You maintain and improve CI/CD tools and pipelines

• You actively contribute to architecture decisions 

• You tune the environments for optimal performance, cost and dynamic scaling

• You actively contribute to incident handling and mitigation

• You provide support for the development team

Job requirements:

• Experience with cloud services: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

• Experience in  Linux, Windows server administration 

• Experience and understanding of infrastructure as a code ( Ansible, Docker, Terraform or AWS Cloudformation)

• Advanced networking setup (load balancers/proxies/ HA)

• Shell scripting, Python scripting (or relevant other languages)

• CI/CD solutions - Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure DevOps

• Monitoring and visualisation (Grafana, Prometheus, Appdynamics, DataDog, New Relic)

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

Personal skills:

• Good, written, and verbal English skills (B2+ level)

• Enjoys working in the team and international environment

• Service-oriented and self-driven

• Open-minded and be able to make your own decisions and propose ideas

• Analytical mindset and well organized with attention to details
