Visma Business is among the leading Enterprise Resource Planning and Financial systems in the Nordic markets, and is now transitioning from a traditional on premise solution to a full blown cloud solution.  We are looking for a business analyst who will be responsible for pinpointing the needs of the market and suggesting efficient solutions, to join our team.

What will you do? 

• Responsible for describing the needs of the market and other stakeholders through user stories and requirement specifications so that they are sufficiently clear and understandable for the development team 

• Suggest efficient solutions meeting the needs of the end-user

• Support the developers in understanding and detailing the stories/specifications

• Conception, planning and execution of test activities, both manual and automated

• Produce end-user documentation

• Contribute to team planning and suggest priorities for development according to market values

Who are we looking for?

• Relevant education in business, finance, economics or similar

• Minimum 5 years experience working with accounting

• Knowledge of business processes and customer requirements relating to accounting

• Experience working with Visma Business in particular is an advantage but not necessarily a prerequisite

• You do not need any formal qualifications within computer science, but we do require that you have an interest for and understanding of modern IT technology and software development

• Flexible and solution-oriented - you see the value of interdisciplinary work

• Full proficiency in English

Your team is international, located in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Romania. For this position the office location will be either at the Visma Headquarters at Skøyen, centrally in Oslo, or alternatively  at our office in Fredrikstad.
