Senior Project Manager

Our GTM team is looking for a new senior project manager that can help develop and optimize how we drive initiatives that entail launching new and existing products to our customer base of +160.000 customers. Our team provides the backbone of the processes and initiatives to support our strategic commercial focus and plays a key role in realizing our long-term business strategy and taking new products to the market. 

Your role

As a senior project manager in Visma e-conomic, you are expected to have experience with creating and/or working with GTM strategies. Since you will lead temporary teams, you are also expected to be able to work with experts within various fields and beneficially you have a strong eye for details. Your commercial focus is necessary and will greatly benefit the overall deliverables of the projects you are leading. You will also be expected to continuously strengthen and optimize internal processes that strongly contribute to more efficient work, better internal collaboration, and to a fun, prosperous, and unique company culture. Lastly, the main part of your work should always be focused on how to best create exceptional customer experiences that will secure the satisfaction of our customers. 

You are 

• Experienced with creating GTM strategies and have the knowledge and/or experience working with product marketing

• Someone who has a strong commercial focus, and has the ability to work with business cases, financial forecasting and performance evaluation

• Someone who has strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to work transparently in an organizational context and drive high performing teams

• Someone who is used to working with various experts and has the ability to work with and understand their field of expertise (e.g Business Intelligence, Product Development, Strategy, Marketing, and Sales, etc)

• Interested in contributing and strengthening the unique culture in Visma e-conomic 

• Someone who works data-driven to create the excellent customer experiences’
  
  

Desirable

• Minimum of  2 years experience working within a similar field

• Technological competence with experience with data-driven work

• Leadership and/or Project Management experience from previous positions
