Data Analyst

We are now expanding the team and are looking for an analyst to do magic with our HR data. You will join our People team in the Visma group. This is a new role and as the new HR Data Analyst you will play a key role in gaining and providing insight to people and organisational related data which will have a direct impact on our future success.

Reporting to the People Director you will have the opportunity to build, develop and maintain a relatively new area in close collaboration with the People and Finance teams.

Hope we have sparked your interest! So now, over to you. We expect you to take responsibility and deliver on the following:

• Prepare and assist for HR data-heavy processes such as the salary adjustment and bonus process for managing directors across the Visma group
• Coordinate and advice on financial components of bonus agreements
• Maintain and analyse the set-up and running of the internal Visma board
• Prepare, organise, maintain, and analyse people related data & reporting for the the Visma group
• Collaborate closely with HR, finance, and other relevant stakeholders to understand needs and provide data insights to support relevant strategic decisions
• Support the people team with financial budgeting and forecasting
• Effectively develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels to define deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities

• Have excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders
• Are pragmatic, curious and as we believe we are better when working together
• Have a background or experience within data science and analysis
• Are an expert in using Google sheets
• Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
• Are fully proficient, both verbally and written, in English, as all our communication is in English
