About the job

Are you passionate about good customer service and advice? Are you extra motivated when you can guide customers to the most optimal solution and spot opportunities for additional services?

Then you are probably our new colleague for the Customer Engagement Management Team from IT Delivery Hub.

As service and sales are a natural part of our customer advice, we are looking for you who want to work with service and sales to all our customers. In addition, you want to learn everything there is to know about the infrastructure services - if you do not already know.

 

We would like you to:

  • identify customer needs and challenges and translate them into IT business opportunities.

  • You will establish communication and governance channels with the customer to address opportunities and issues in a timely and proactive manner.

  • communicate perfectly orally and in writing in Business English.

  • has experience with customer service and possibly sales

  • thrives in a dynamic environment where there is a lot of contact with our customers from multiple countries

  • would like to learn and acquire new skills

  • manages to work in several IT systems at once

What are you going to do?

You will be part of our competent Customer Engagement Management Team for the IT Delivery Hub, where your most important task is to advise our many infrastructure services. Our team is international and your future colleagues support a wide range of customers from multiple countries every day, while at the same time being responsible for each of their group of industry customers. This makes them (and in the long run you) experts in their respective industry.

On a typical workday, you will:

  • Work together with our infrastructure engineers to define and improve our services

  • Advise our customers on our infrastructure services and give them a world-class customer service experience!

  • Find the optimal solution for the individual customer

  • Spot opportunities for additional services that can be offered to our customers
